Founder & CEO John Murray served as EVP & Chief Bid Officer for the United States’ effort to host the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Chicago.
For more than three years, John was responsible for the bid’s core strategic deliverables, including the Official Bid submission, the IOC Evaluation Committee visit to Chicago, Beijing 2008 Olympic Games delegation operations, and participation in the 2009 Olympic Congress in Copenhagen.

Production Management

Produced dozens of presentations, site visits, and events, including IOC Visit that included coordination of 2,000 staff & volunteers, and sessions with 300 experts, politicians, and panelists over three days
Produced final presentation to IOC involving more than 500 staff, vendors and VIPs, including the President and First Lady of the United States
Produced multiple donors events, including gala dinner hosted by Oprah Winfrey and Michelle Obama in Copenhagen
